Martin Wera

Throughout my life and career, I’ve been a connector.

It’s something I’ve done while working with people in urban and rural communities, while working at organizations large and small, and while working in the nonprofit, foundation and for-profit sectors. I’ve also had a variety of roles - from fundraiser to grant maker to community organizer to whatever else is needed on any given day - so I’ve learned how to connect with people from many different cultures and in many different situations.

Because of this, I have a unique perspective and skill-set to help organizations build strong relationships with supporters and make them feel more connected to your mission. I also love translating data into action, helping people better understand and listen to their community, and collaborating to craft powerful, realistic plans for success.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, making pottery, and running the trails along the Mississippi.
